An evaluation fee is applied to any RMA goods, whether in or out of warranty

Customer Repair Approval

Customer should sign the approval form back to us to agree or not agree to proceed

Repair Products

Repair RMA goods and produce repairing report

Repair Expense Report

Products under warranty will be repaired no charge.

Ship RMA goods back to customer
